When we encourage you to give us a call, we really do mean it! You can’t make an Elkhorn Ranch reservation on any .COM site. We must correspond with you (phone or email are best) to make sure we know your needs. We have an old fashioned and extremely practical chart on our desk. There are 20 cabins and each is different ~ so each guest party is carefully assigned to a cabin. Many people rebook as they leave, to assure that they’ll have their favorite cabin and be here with friends. Then we book reservations up to a year in advance. We hold the cabin for you after we correspond; and then we confirm the reservation upon receipt of your 25% deposit confirmation and registration form. We love old fashioned checks, but also work with VISA or MC. It’s that simple!

NOVEMBER 2018

  • Thanksgiving Nov 18 – 25, 2018 ~ family oriented, with one cabin open! Call soon!

DECEMBER 2018 AND HOLIDAYS

  • Enjoy reduced winter quiet rates and an intimate adult oriented travel experience Nov 25 – Dec 23, 2018 ~ plenty of availability.

  • We are full at Christmas and New Years ~ taking waitlist only ~ hope you might consider alternate dates!

JANUARY 2019 AND WORKSHOP WEEKS

  • Old-Time Music Workshop Jan 6 – 13, 2019 is almost full ~ call soon for one of the 2 remaining cabins!
  • Photo Workshop Jan 20 – 27, 2019 has some openings ~ call soon to book this special week!

  • Weeks of Jan 13 – 20, Jan 20 – 27, and Jan 27 – Feb 3, 2019 will be adult oriented and all have space available. Note that week of Jan 27th is almost full! Consider a 2 or 3 week + stay, with reduced rates for these longer visits!

FEBRUARY 2019

  • Most weeks in February are adult oriented we have some availability each week ~ consider reduced rates for a 2 or 3 week + stay!

  • Feb 17 – 24, 2019 is a family oriented week due to school holidays ~ and we have a few more cabins. Call very soon for this week!

MARCH 2019

  • So far, the weeks of March 3 – 10, March 10 – 17, and March 17 – 24, 2019 are mostly adult oriented so ~ but we expect that to change! Space is available. If you enjoy kids or wish to avoid kids please be blunt ~ and we’ll steer you appropriately.

  • March 24 – 31, 2019 is definitely a family oriented week, with only a couple of cabins left ~ call soon for this popular school holiday week!

APRIL 2019

  • So far, the weeks of March 31 – Apr 7, Apr 7 – 14, Apr 14 – 21 and Apr 21 – 28, 2019 are quite mixed with families and adults and multi-generational groups. We’ve got room for some groups and would love to hear from you to arrange a reunion of family or friends!
