PLAN YOUR STAY

Thank you for your interest in an Elkhorn Ranch vacation experience!

We look forward to answering your questions and finding the perfect time for your visit. You’ll never be able to book a visit at Elkhorn on the internet ~ that’s because each cabin is unique, and different times of our season suit different people.
Please send us a note and we will get back to you within a day or so! See below for some information that will help us find the right time and cabin for you!

HELP US FIND THE RIGHT TIME AND CABIN FOR YOUR VISIT BY PROVIDING US SOME INFORMATION:

  • How many people are in your group?

  • How are you connected?

  • Traveling solo?

  • Couple? King or separate beds?

  • Traveling with friends? Sharing a cabin?

  • Family? Multi-generation group?

  • How old are your kids?

  • Do you have particular dates in mind?

  • Visited us before? Do you have a preferred cabin?

MAKING A RESERVATION

Please contact the ranch office to check cabin availability. A cabin will be held in in your name while you return the application form and 25% deposit by check or bank transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a written confirmation letter. Reservations can be made one year in advance of your stay. We strongly recommend reservations of a week (6 or 7 nights) or longer to provide you with the opportunity to relax and become comfortable with your horse. Shorter stays of a minimum of four nights are available only when there is a space between week or longer stays.

RATES & PAYMENT

Rates include horseback riding and all living expenses (food and lodging) with the exception of personal laundry. Rates are arranged on a per person basis. Rates are set to encourage week (defined as 6 or 7 nights) or longer stays and the minimum length of stay is 4 nights. Local tax and 15% gratuity are added to your bill automatically. If you choose to provide gratuity beyond 15%, the Millers recommend that you add to the overall crew fund rather than tip individually, as this practice recognizes the entire crew. The ranch crew does not expect direct tips.
